Sou Herculano Borges Daniel, nascido em Campo Grande MS em 10\/09\/1974, casado, pai e crist\u00e3o.
Formado em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica (UFMS), P\u00f3s-graduado em Treinamento Desportivo (UNIG-RJ) e em Teoterapia pelo UNIFIL- PR).
Fui Diretor Escolar, Coordenador de Esportes e Treinador da Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de Futsal do MS, da UCDB e dos Col\u00e9gios ABC e Dom Bosco.
Fui Vereador em Campo Grande (2009\/2016), Secret\u00e1rio de Estado da Juventude (Sejuv- 2013), Deputado Estadual (2017\/2022) e Presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Esporte e Lazer do MS (Fundesporte- 2023 at\u00e9 05\/2024)
No Legislativo municipal e estadual, fui autor de leis relevantes na \u00e1rea da prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Fam\u00edlia, Esporte, Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Assist\u00eancia Social, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Sa\u00fade.
No Sejuv, participei diretamente da formula\u00e7\u00e3o do Estatuto da Juventude (2013), da cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Estadual de Juventude e do CREDIJOVEM; na Fundesporte, fui respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o de pessoas, execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Bolsa Atleta, Bolsa T\u00e9cnico, Lazer nas Cidades, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, dos Jogos Escolares e Jogos Abertos do Mato Grosso do Sul. Al\u00e9m disso participei da entrega e reforma de centros poliesportivos e apoiei as equipes e atletas do estado em participa\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais e internacionais. O fortalecimento do Paradeporto, do esporte para surdos e dos Jogos da Melhor Idade tamb\u00e9m estiveram em destaque na funda\u00e7\u00e3o estadual de esportes sob a minha gest\u00e3o.
Em maio de 2024, solicitei o desligamento da presid\u00eancia da Fundesporte para me habilitar como pr\u00e9-candidato a vereador em Campo Grande, com o objetivo de focar toda a aten\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para o fortalecimento da Fam\u00edlia e do Esporte na capital.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

-Lei Municipal 4819\/10<\/strong> que obrigou as ag\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias a instalarem tapumes nos caixas, diminuindo drasticamente os assaltos nas sa\u00eddas dos bancos em Campo Grande;
-Lei estadual 5118\/17<\/strong>, que criou o Maio Laranja, m\u00eas de combate ao abuso e explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantil (e se tornou legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 inf\u00e2ncia);
-Lei estadual 5653\/21<\/strong>, que tornou a Atividade F\u00edsica como essencial em tempos de pandemia e possibilitou a reabertura das academias, est\u00fadios de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o e parques durante a pandemia de Covid 19;
-Lei estadual 5502\/20<\/strong>, que tornou a Atividade Religiosa como essencial proporcionando a reabertura das igrejas durante a pandemia de Covid 19,
